So much for the Henry A. Darling home. Wild Bill Kefalas has proven once again that you can pretty much do whatever you like in Sierra Madre just as long as you have a fewlawyers and the patience to move your process all the way to the City Council.
You do realize that it is possible to write all of the fine preservation ordinances and General Plans imaginable, but if the city's government refuses to protect and enforce them? They don't really mean very much.
Apparently they're all just fine words on paper that won't actually change anything.
Who knows, if you play your cards right you might even get an apology from John Capoccia. Wouldn't that be something special?
