Has Anyone Here Received A Letter From Partners Trust?

This is certainly worth looking into. A Sierra Madre resident received the following letter from a real estate confab called Partners Trust. Apparently this is an outfit that enjoys sending out vaguely worded promises of unexpected found wealth to resident homeowners who they hope will then want to sell them their house. How any of this actually pans out is unknown. I suspect they are hoping to find naive homeowners so dazzled by the possibilities of all that cash that they will sell their homes at less than true market value. Here is a letter stating their desire to buy one resident's house.

And just in case you were wondering about the origin of Partners Trust, here are a revealing few words from their website (link). And while they do have offices in many of this planet's tonier cities, the following blurb does put things into a more obvious perspective. Sierra Madre, in the eyes of Partners Trust, being a fine place where overseas investors can park some of their cash. Like it is often done in Arcadia.
