MAGAs Think Marjorie Taylor Greene is Having an Affair with Kevin McCarthy, ‘MTG Is Banging the Speaker of the House!’ (Political Flarelink): There are a lot of rumors around about Marjorie Taylor Greene and her peculiar relationship with Kevin McCarthy. She certainly seems to hold all the power in that relationship. After all, the person that proposed a national divorce is on the Homeland Security Committee. 

McCarthy kicked Eric Swalwell off the intelligence committee because of a 7-year-old incident in which the FBI said that Swalwell did nothing wrong and cooperated fully (after the Chinese spy), and no intelligence was lost because Swalwell kept the intelligence locked up. If so, MTG should be kicked off the Homeland Security Committee for practically suggesting a civil war.

She holds a lot of power over McCarthy, but so does every GOP Rep. Yes, some comes from Trump. And a lot of people are speculating that some comes from an affair.

From the Toronto Sun: The organizer of the Stop the Steal group wrote on social media that there’s is “something odd” going on between Green and McCarthy.

“There is something so odd about what is going on between McCarthy and MTG. I’ve only ever once before seen anything like it. It may be time for me to intervene. MTG wants to protect McCarthy from being removed if he is elected Speaker.”

But it’s clear at this point that the rumors — whether or not they are true — have started to play an important role in big-picture American politics. So here goes. People are saying that McCarthy, who is married, is (or was in the past) having an affair with Renee Ellmers, a married Republican member of Congress from North Carolina.

Now we have Ultra MAGA shock jock Isabella Moody talking with Lara Loomer getting nasty and talking about MTG“banging” McCarthy, and thus MTG considers herself the de facto Speaker of the House. Loomer says that she agrees that MTG is “banging” McCarthy, but that does not make her Speaker of the House. No shit? It is true that in such a dynamic, perhaps McCarthy will give MTG a little more power to exert her will, but for the love of God, it can’t possibly be true that she controls his every decision, can it?
