Trump mocked Bernie Sanders for getting a heart attack before pretending to care (Source Politicslink): President Donald Trump is known for attacking anyone and everyone in politics, that's for sure. But now he may have taken things a bit too far. Shortly after criticizing Elizabeth Warren for being the "fake Pocahontas" and outlining bogus facts on why he thinks Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden are corrupt, Trump shifted his attention over to Bernie Sanders.

He went on: "It just wasn't a lot of hand speed."
Trump knows it's politically a bad move to make fun of anyone for getting a heart attack, though, so this is the part of his speech where he decides to tell Bernie to "get better." He just had to make sure he mocked him first.
"That's the only time I've ever said anything good about him."
Trump then went on to tell his rally goers that this means Bernie will likely not be a serious contender in the race for much longer, most likely swinging his votes to Elizabeth Warren.
While Bernie Sanders heart attack certainly does raise those serious questions, none of Bernie's democratic challengers have tried to use his health concerns as a talking point. Trump is the only one.
